   You need to delete the registry entry the is loading it at startup and then you need to delete the folder it is stored in.
   
   It probably looks like this in a HijackThis log (note: I did not request that you post a log).
   O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [SpyBlocs] C:\PROGRAM FILES\SPYBLOCS\SpyBlocs.exe
