Spybot only seems to scan my browsers, takes 1-2 minutes!

    I have meticulously been following the "Run and Read This" procedure for my XP computer but I'm have problems with Spybot.

    My SAS scan ran fine and very clean, but Spybot seems to only scan elements of my browsers (FF and Explorer, which I both use, and Opera, which I never really use). It only takes 1 or 2 minutes to finish.

    I've used Spybot before and know it takes much longer. As directed, I tried to uninstall my previous version of Spybot to try to start fresh..but maybe some of it is remaining and messing up my scanning.

    For now, I will continue with the rest of the procedure (as I saw recommended in another post) but I'm wondering what I'm doing wrong with Spybot.

    Just skip spybot and continue on with the instructions. :)
