Spybot found these three files that I am wondering if they are safe to delete. They are Microsoft files so I am unsure.

    Microsoft.WindowsSecurityCenter.AntivirusDisableNotify
    Microsoft.WindowsSecurityCenter.AntivirusOverride
    Microsoft.WindowsSecurityCenter.FirewallDisableNotify

These are warnings that a program has enabled those three settings on your computer.

It might be something you have installed or some thing you have picked up and has done so maliciously.

I would go here http://forums.majorgeeks.com/showthread.php?t=35407 right away.

Ya, I have the same three, if you get rid of them you will get that annoying red shield with the x inside telling you you're not protected back again. If you have an AV and firewall like I do, AVG and Zone Alarm free (or similar) just leave them be. You are not infected.:)

This is why I said a program he might have installed was the cause.

If you allow ZA to override the windows firewall you will get the warning yes. But I don't know if he set those overrides himself so I was just being safe.
