Spybot S&D context menu

While installing Spybot S&D, I chose the option to include single file scanning via context menus, yet Spybot is not showing up in the context menus. I am running Windows 7 64 bit. Is there a solution to this or is this a known problem ?
I am very careful about everything I download from the internet, and wish to scan everything with as many tools as possible. SAS also does not show up in context menus, so right now I can only single-file scan with MBAM and AVIRA.
Anyone know why Spybot isn't showing up in explorer context menus, and/or how to fix that ?

FYI : I currently have in use : Avira free edition, MBAM, SAS, (and now Spybot S&D) and I use Threatfire free for realtime protection, and the Windows 7 firewall. Does this sound like a good setup ? I am not using the tea timer with Spybot .
