Spybot S&D pop-up (warning) issues

I was wondering why on one of my computers (the new one), Spybot S&D Resident will warn me with a window if I am making registry / system changes, but my other computer never gives me a warning. Both pc's are running the same version of Spybot 1.6.2.0 w/ Tea Timer. I noticed that in the advanced settings you can uncheck the warnings of these "critical system changes" if desired, but I have not changed the settings. Both pcs are running XP, although one is Pro. That's the only major difference....

Any thoughts on why one system is not catching the changes?
