   Hi, I'm trying to follow all the steps in the "Read and Run me First Malware Removal Guide", but am unable to run Spybot S&D in Safe Mode. Should I run it in Normal Mode and then attempt the rest in Safe Mode?
   
   I am using XP SP2. I installed and updated Spybot S&D in Normal Mode. Switched to Safe Mode and tried to run. It seems to start but remains minimized on the tool bar.
