Spybot shows smitfraud Pop ups all over

About 3 days ago I went to a site and my antivir popped up saying there was a virus. I immediatley closed the browser window and started running scans. They consisted of antivir, ad-aware, hijackthis, vundofix and spybot. Everytime I run spybot it says I have smitfraud. I have attached the file from combofix.
I ran all other tests and when I got to MGlogs I encountered an error "PRocessDll.exe - Application error" "The application failed to initialize properly (0xc0000135). Click on OKK to terminate the application.
Please let me know if I need to attach any other file logs. I am not sure which programs have them.

You actually did say you were going to start a new thread in your previous thread which is entitled I have tried other posts but still have smitfraud Please explain what you want to gain by starting a new thread in which you explain to the same person what you said in the previous thread? It may appear that one of us is looking at your thread, but in fact, often the threads are looked at by more than one of us so we can figure out what to do with problems like the one you mentioned.

When I said I have tried other posts, I didn't mean that I have posted (is that what you meant?). I tried things that were in other people's posts.
The reason for me starting a new thread is that is what it says if you follow the steps:
1. READ & RUN ME FIRST Before Asking for Support (from #3 there)
2. Windows XP Cleaning Procedure and then I followed step #3 there, which states :Step 3: Do You Still Have Problems
Yes, I’m still having problems
Start a new thread and clearly describe in detail the problems you are having and how long ago they started. Think about what you were doing at the time.
