Spybot

I have been using Spybot S&D for almost a year on my laptop. About two or so months ago I updated with them and think I paid $30. Within a week of purchasing the update, I had to send in my laptop into HP for a problem with the wireless card that I found out was recalled. I backed up my stuff on a USB memory stick. When I got my laptop everything including Spybot was gone, I had sent my laptop to HP about 2 other times before and knew about this. I didn't know how to save back up Spybot or even if there was a way to back it up:confused. I spent the money on updating Spybot but don't know who to contact about this at all. I did download Spybot from a link on this site the first time, and again after I got my laptop back from HP. I don't know my username or anything else related to my account info besides my email address I used to sign up and my credit card number. If anyone can help direct me I would appreciate it so much. I must apologize, now I know why I couldn't find the answer. I really meant Win Patrol instead of Spybot and I mean "upGRADE" instead of "upDATE" so I thank you for answering regardless and I will now try to figure this out myself again! :-o
