   I have been using Spybouncer for quite sometime now, with very good results. In the last several months, I can't update the definitions, or get a reply from their support team. I've done what they recommended earlier, which was to uninstall and reinstall. It doesn't work. Are they still in business?

   I'm not sure if they are still updating or not. I know our download page for it (see Spy Bouncer )has not been updated in almost a year. I was never a fan of it anyway.
   
   Sounds like what they advertise about their tech support is bogus. Here is what they say:
