i have followed all the directions, multiple times, but each time i do it i cannont find the files:

    C:\WINDOWS\System32\dxmpp.dll
    C:\WINDOWS\System32\ ginuerep.dll

the other odd thing to me is that when i log into safe mode, the only thing that is running is the spyfalcon icon in my tray, and nothing else. even when its running it is not showing up under running processes.

a new version of adaware has a deletion file for spyfalcon, and it found it and claimed to delete it yet this damn thing is still in my tray!!!

anyone have any ideas here?
