SpyHunter Cleaning/Booting problem

I have been using SpyHunter 4 for a while without problems. Usually after the scan I have to restart the computer and the software completes the cleaning process while the computer boots. As of yesterday, though, this process doesn’t kick in ( or it kicks in a different manner..) and the spyware is not removed.
Here is what happens: all of a sudden Spyhunter’s own compact OS ( GRUB ?) kicks in. Booting starts and Spyhunter scans the MBR ( which it never did before). Then I get a prompt that the MBR is O.K. and a message appears Quote Scanning Host directory ..SpyHunter fix not found Unquote.
Bottom line, there is no cleaning done. How can I restore booting to what it was before and have SpyHunter do the cleaning as before?

If you want to keep using SpyHunter I suggest that you post for help at their own forum or via email. SpyHunter is something we personally have people uninstall.

Yes Dr.M which backs up my statement of why we still uninstall this. And now even worse, many people have run into problems with this CompactOS causing boot up problems.

ittiandro has already been told the same thing almost a year ago and I guess did not like the answer that time.
