Spymaxx!!!

I somehow got this malware that keeps telling me that my computer is not protected. I get balloons that constantly pop up, a warning that looks like windows telling me that I have spyware and my wallpaper has been replaced by a warning that says my computer has several fatal errors and that I need spyware removal. If I click on any of these warnings it takes me to an IE page that tries to sell me an antispyware program called Spymaxx. It compares Spymaxx to another program showing how superior Spymaxx is. From everything I have read Spymaxx is a fake program. I have downloaded many spyware removal programs including spybot, malewarebytes and even paid for Spy Doctor after about 10 free programs didn't work. Needless to say that didn't work either. I can't open the current tasks that are running either. I really need help getting rid of this. I am at my wits end. I have been trying since Friday night to get rid of this. I am no expert on a computer but can usually follow directions well. Can someone please help me? Has anyone had this rotten Spymaxx before? It apparently appeared sometime in March.
