Spysheriff Disabled desktop BG

hey, I ran all sorts of scans n stuff(AVG, Spybot, Adaware, MS spyware remover, Ccleaner and HJT), (checked the "read first" docs) and I successfully rid my computer of spyware, however, i still am stuck with the same background as if i had it, it wont let me change it or anything.. as far as i can tell its with my user account(because when i create a new one it doesnt have the "fake spyware" background)

HJT also appears to not be telling me anything strange.. soo i dont think i have any viruses or spyware, i just cant get my BG back on THIS particular account. I could fix it by moving everything into a new admin account of course, but thats a pain in the ass(moving GB's of files!)

so any ideas?
