hi. got this spysheriff problem here. hope u guys can help.i tried all the steps provided in the sticky ,but same thing crapped up. thx alot .. my log is in the attachment. \

No your have not run ALL the steps in the sticky thread. And you have more problems than just SpySheriff.

Please follow ALL steps! Do not skip any of them! You Must do the online scans too that are in the READ ME FIRST sticky which is step 1 in the below sticky thread that you need to run.

SpySheriff (aka SpywareNo) Removal

After doing the above we will continue to work on the rest of your malware problems.

You Windows OS & IE versions are way out of date and represent a major security risk to you. After your current problems are fixed, you must get updated.

oh ok .. will do.. btw what are the chances that i'll be safe if i install a new os and delete the old as per on the same partition? or should i create a new partition, back up my stuff onto it and format the old one? pls advice.thx alot

First I would ask Why? And then what is the new OS?
If you are just going to reinstall the same old version of Windows, it is a waste of time.

We can fix your problems. And then if you get your updates and install other items we will tell you about, you should be a lot safer.
