spyware ad that wont let me change my display

Please follow our standard cleaning procedures which are necessary for us to provide you support. Also there are steps included for installing, running, and posting HijackThis logs as attachments. No logs should be posted in line as you did and you must install HijackThis properly. You are running it directly from the ZIP file without extracting it. The directions in step 7 of the READ ME explain how to install it properly.

Run this: SpywareStrike, Smitfraud, SpySheriff, SpyAxe & PSGuard Removal and attach the smitfiles.txt log and the PandaActive scan log too.

- Run ALL the steps in this Sticky thread READ & RUN ME FIRST Before Asking for Support When you get to step 6 in the READ & RUN ME you can skip the PandaActiveScan since you did it already above. But do the BitDefender scan.

Make sure you uninstall the below (see step 0)
MyWebSearch
MyWebSearch Email Plugin



Make sure you check version numbers and get all updates for programs in the READ & RUN ME.

- Very Important: Make sure you tell us the results from running the tutorial...was anything found? Were you unable to complete any of the scans?...Were you unable to download any of the tools?...Did you do the on-line scans as suggested? etc.




After doing ALL of the above you still have a problem make sure you have booted to normal mode and run the steps in the below link to properly use HijackThis and attach a log:
