Spyware and Malware issues .... Need some assistance

Good day ... I've done my best to follow the instructions via the sticky thread ... and I'll do my best to explain what I'm seeing happening from my perspective on the cpu.
As far as performance issues, odd problems have been occuring ... I've never personally adjusted my user account set up, and now periodically after my screen saver is activated, it shows that "The computer is in use and has been locked. Only User-90CFB...\User1 (My personal user name) can unlock this computer" .... which isn't preventing me from using the cpu, but is just sketchy all together. It should be noted that I'm pretty much a novice with most of this, and I really have appreciated the efforts put forth on the site here with the sticky thread on malware removal, and the tips on how to prevent further infestations ... but, even after going through all the steps to the best of my ability, I'm still suspicious of some hidden away problems... there have just been occasional random things happening, like staggered mouse response occasionally (which isn't just the mouse, cause I tried several) and poor performance in general ...
Well, I look forward to any assistance, and will attach the requested information .... hopefully with a bit of help, we can get this back on track.

For the screensaver issue, try this..

Right click on your desktop, select Properties, click the Screen Saver tab and uncheck the box "On resume, password protect". Click OK and see if this problem is resolved.

Also, just to clean any junk/temp files run CCleaner. Your logs look good, for the other issues I would post them in the Software Forum for best results as they don't appear to be malware related.
