SPYWARE BLASTER (on Vista HP & IE7)

    Been using without problems until reinstalled to get update.
    Routine Downloaded here including Installation.

    Clicking on desktop program icon produces nothing. No error message, just blank response.
    Go to Program File found SpywareBlaster Setup, but clicking did nothing either


    Will appreciate knowing what I did wrong or failed to do -- as well as just exactly how to RUN it.
