spyware could not be removed

    I followed the steps given in this website for spyware removal.
    I have following problems.
    spbot detects following problems but cannot fix it:

    I keep getting some popups.

    There are no signs of you running the online scans in the READ ME. Please pay close attention to forum announcments and guidelines.

    Now, run these online scans:

    TrendMicro Online Scan
    Bitdefender online scan
    RavAntivirus online scan <-- select Auto Clean then click Scan My PC
    TrojanScan online scan


    After you have completed the above online scans, reboot and post a fresh HJT log. Be sure you attach the log to your post as a .txt or .log attachment.

    The problems you indicated initially usually come with other infections, I would procede just to be safe. Just because your not having any current issues doesnt mean your clean.

    Its up to you though!
