Spyware Dr has shut me out!

    :( It is hard to imagine that I am writing this but Spyware Doctor will not let me
    download the latest ver. I paid for the original and I have outdated version. Not only that but they tell you that you can download the latest but when you go to their website to do it nothing happens: it just sits there.

    Another thing that is really bad about them is that you cannot contact them. There is no email address just like Norton and Adobe which is one reason I stopped using any programs from those people.

    I am at a loss; my computer is vulnerable because the clowns at Spyware Dr
    will not let me download. These people are really strange. Why sell products if you are not going to do the right thing by your customers.FRUSTRATED
