Everytime I try and open internet explorer I get a billion pop ups and then it closes. My daughter deleted some of them through ADD/Remove programs but the same thing still happens. I cant even get to this site on that computer to download read and run files from the malware help page. I keep getting questions about spyware and asking me to download all these virus removers that I know are not legitimate. Is there a way that I can at least go to a page without being redirected or having a billion pop ups? I have etrust antivirus but it keeps saying that it isnt detecting anything. Any help so I can at least get to major geeks support forum on that computer???? It has XP:confused

First see it you can connect here in safe boot mode. If not, your best bet may be to download the files to your other PC and then copy them to the problem PC using a flashdrive, CD....etc. Then run thru the steps. If you still have no internet access, copy the logs back to the other PC in a similar fashion and attach them here.

I tried running the files from flash drive but an administrater kept popping up. MGTOOLS is the only thing that work my computer would not allow me to run the other files.

Do not attempt to run the files from the flashdrive. Copy them to your hard disk and then run them. Try doing this in safe boot mode after logging into the real Administrator user account.

It did not work properly. It cannot be run properly from the flashdrive. It needs to be run from C:\MGtools.exe as stated in the READ & RUN ME. Please copy it to the correct location and run it again.

Is the below something you installed and recognize?
    O23 - Service: Zumie Search Service - Zumie.com - C:\Program Files\Zumie\zumie.exe
