Spyware issues...

If you followed the directions you would be posting a BitDefender and a PandaActiveScan log for us to look at. Also you need to properly attach the files. I'm not sure what you did but you did not attach your HijackThis log. Post them as attachments not as links to someplace else.

Now on further inspection I can see you did not follow the steps in the READ & RUN ME. The online scanners have not been run and HijackThis is not installed properly. I did not look any further.

Please follow our standard cleaning procedures which are necessary for us to provide you support. Also there are steps included for installing, running, and posting HijackThis logs as attachments.

Make sure you check version numbers and get all updates.

- Very Important: Make sure you tell us the results from running the tutorial...was anything found? Were you unable to complete any of the scans?...Were you unable to download any of the tools?...Did you do the on-line scans as suggested? etc.


After doing ALL of the above you still have a problem make sure you have booted to normal mode and run the steps in the below link to properly use HijackThis and attach a log:

Also you never indicated what your actual problems were. Could you please explain them.

Your log shows no signs of the BitDefender scan actually being run. Why?
