Spyware & Malaware issue please help

Hi Please help me in coming out of this problem , I made a mistake listening to my friend to download a software from P2P and by mistake I clicked on software called as net pumper.exe file and since then I am having a real tough time with advertisement pop ups , my activity is being tracked and I am getting pop ups from Zebo, Sky Poker, Ask.com and so many others .I am also getting MSN core file folder at start up which never used to be earlier and system has slowed down .

I tried using Pc Doctor , Adaware free version, spybot, registry mechanic, counter spy, window defender But nothing could help me out . I remembered i used once long back hijackthis but was not preety sure which file to delete or not . I have a log file after i ran hijackthis and I am pasting it down

Please help me in restoring and I know its my mistake to have gone to p2p but need help and i want to be secure . I have Mcaffee antivirus and please let me also knw which anti spyware should i keep or dont need any of them. Please guide me .
