spyware, malware, & other evil s#*t

Hey guys I need some serious help! I don't know what has happened, but it appears everything that could attack my computer has. :*** I have looked at the list of spyware, malware removal tools and I'm looking at the picks. Now I'm wondering do I need to load all the picks or is there one or two that will take care of everything? I'm ready to get proactive and kick some AZZ! :major

I have been using Spybot S&D and Ad-Aware, but these two alone aren't cutting it! I just tried to install the newest Ad-Aware personal and it's gotten all funky wanting me to buy it. rolleyes Not sure what I need to do but I know that there are some really smart people around here who can help!
