Spyware Problems, IE won't startup

I've finally run into a stopping point. I've been throught processes for cleaning on this website, but now I am stuck as my IE won't open anymore. It won't open due to a missing a DLL file named msvcrl.dll, which from googling appears to be a trojan/spyware.

I ran counterspy which did quite a clean up, and found the aformentioned trojan, but it couldn't delete as you can see in the log file. So, i deleted the file myself in Safe Mode. That's when IE stopped working.

I have attached my logs from Counterspy, Bitdefender and Hijackthis. If someone could help me out, I would be extremely grateful.

I tried several times, but, when I ran the GetRunKey, nothing showed up in the log. The file was blank and wouldn't upload. I will try one more time. Thanks for looking into this.

Side note, I ended up running SDFix, and then I had to uninstall McAfee. Everything seems to be running ok now, even IE, but I am going to run through the suggested cleaning process again just to make sure. Any insight as to why McAfee might have been the issue?

 

If the GetRunKey log is completely blank; then it is not installed properly. As in, you are most likely running it directly from the zip file.

 

I ran it again, once from the ZIP file and several times from my C: drive and I got the same results from both methods, a blank file.

Thanks for checking in on my problem, and plan to run this cleaning process more often now, so hopefully I won't get this deep into trouble again. Everything seems to be kosher for now.

 

Unzip the file into it's own folder and run it. I need that log.

ShowNew is not installed. Same deal.
