Spyware Problems

Hello! I have recently found you guys on this forum and I usually dont go to forums for help as I am pretty good at fixing them myself. My first problem is I have a desktop background which says Spyware Infection and wont go Away and a windows X Icon that keeps popping up I have spyware. I have ran Norton AV , Spyware S&D in conjuction with Spyware Blaster, Tried trojan remover and tried Hijackthis for my web page problems, I also tried my registry editor 5.0 and still have these things popping up. If I could find the problem could fix it Just don know where its at please help here is my Hijack This Log File if thats of any help ( Im thinking its Winstall I dunno what that is)

Disregard this Post first Off cuz I posted in wrong area Sorry My Fault guys and second I already have fixed my error due to my stupidty. The hardest problem is always the most easiest and unthought of But I fixed it thanks anywys and sorry again

You have a desktop hijacker and your OS is out-dated. If you did not run the thread below to fix your problem I would recommend doing so to confirm all associated files and registry entries were removed. If you did follow the thread below then see the "How To Protect" thread below.
