Spyware Quake

    Hello guys. Thanks for the very informative tutorial on how to remove Spyware quake :)


    It seems to have fixed my problem! No more icon in the task bar and my homepage is working properly! :D


    Here is the smitfiles.txt anyway! Thanks again!

    Glad to here it helped you.

    Did you have any problems finding and deleting C:\WINDOWS\system32\xenadot.dll

    No it was the only .dll file that was instucted to be deleted that was present. Easy peasy lemon squeasy! :D

    Thanks! That's what I wanted to hear and what I expected. The reason I ask was that a couple users had problems with the procedure but I suspected they were not following the procedure properly. Making them re-run it has fixed the problems in each case.
