Spyware Removal

HELP!!
I am getting the following message on my desktop and can't get rid of it. I need help:

Warning: Spyware threat has been detected on your PC
Your computer has several fatal errors due to spyware activity
It is recommended to install an antispyware software to close all security vulnerabilities
Anitispyware software helps protect your PC against spyware and otyer security threats
Click here to scan your PC for spyware

When you click on the link it takes you here:
antispyware-reviews[dot]biz/?wmid=4663&pwebmid=R3n1c2Bg8A

I have AVG 7.5 installed, but it did not catch this one.
I have attempted to run an Ad-Aware scan in safe mode, but the scan will not finish.

Please give me some ideas on how to clear this up.

As your having malware issues then please follow the below, after finishing the guide and scans you may well still have malware, this is normal and in most cases malware needs to have an expert look over the logs to determine where the malware has rooted itself, they will then once found post some manual instructions for you to follow.

Please follow the instructions in the below link and attach the requested logs when you finish these instructions.
