Spyware, trojans and viruses - oh my! Help needed

Hi majorgeekers,

I've spent far too many hours trying to clean up my son's computer. It's time to ask for help.

I went through each painstaking step in the "read first" thread, and found a huge number of spyware hits, trojans, a dialer, a couple of viruses - if it's bad he's got it. I'm pretty sure his registry needs to be cleaned up, but I'm not quite at that level.

I think the main thing I need is help on how to clean the registry, but I'd appreciate any tips on improving start up and security.

Problems have included lots of phony antivirus popups, activex popups, unexplained crashes, painfully slow start ups, failure to load windows, etc. I was almost at the point that i was going to reinstall windows, but then the terrorists win.

I'm attaching my hijackthis, panda, and bitdefender logs. This is my first post here, so let me know if anything here is not quite kosher.

We also need the logs from GetRunKeys and ShowNew.

 

Tried to get to the logs, but couldn't get windows to load, even in safe mode. Finally gave up and reinstalled windows.
