Spyware/Virus issues

    Alright this is my problem im scared to run bit defender or anyother program cause last time i did it was deleting all of my good files and in trend micros it said all of this stuff was infected i believe i have a serious issue ive gone through the basic spyware and done as much as i can heres my log file plz help

    Please read the annoucements!

    The first thing you need to do is run a scan with SpyBot S&D. But before you start the scan go into Advanced Mode and uncheck ALL ignored items.

    After you do this run a scan and remove all found infections. After you remove the infections reboot and post a fresh HJT log as an attachment to your post.
