Spyware/Virus/Malware Infection please help

I can't seem to remove this, Basically I get pop ups only when I search online. I think I got it while browsing the internet and a pop up came up and I closed it with the X in the top right hand corner. I use spybot, malwarebytes and superantispyware(downloaded from download.com donno if its a trusted site) regularly and a bunch of system cleaners like ccleaner, and using avg antivirus which doesn't detect anything. It would not let me install the other two programs MGtools & COMBOFIX because I'm using xp 64. I am attaching the file log for malwarebytes which detects alot but can't erase 4-7 virus no matter how many times I restart my system like it asks(I also tried it in safemode, and it only dectects 1 threat and removes it np).
