    To avoid the computer running slow, I have to run SuperAntiSpyware every morning, where it regularly picks up between 200-600 items of concern, like on the attached. How do I stop them in the first place please?

    Those are cookies (small text files).
    You can set your browser to delete them everytime it's closed.
    I delete them running CCleaner once a week.

    Check your browser settings, you should have options how to handle cookies.
