What a great testament for the popularity and success of Major Geeks, read this thread, http://forums.majorgeeks.com/showthread.php?t=65824

By following the posts and information in our spyware forum, Darude187 was able to successfully remove Spysheriff but had some issues after removal. As usual, Chaslang was there to provide a quick and detailed solution that solved the problem.

Your still the man Chas, you guy's do a fantastic job and provide a very valuable service. I was really impressed with this one.

Really professional,they have answers to everything spyware removal.And now they are learning to restore settings damaged by the virus,that is great!

 

yeah Chaslang's the man when it comes to spyware removal, BJGarrick does an excellent job as well...

Thanks for remembering me, but I'm just one of the regular members. My experience with PC's is strictly from a hobby standpoint, and I'm not in the catagory with Chaslang, BJ Garrick, Adryanlyne, Kodo, SPD, Just Playin', or Matacumbie.

Glad that my help worked for you! I tend to be a lurker rather than a poster, so I don't have a very high post count, but do try to help people with what knowledge that I have!

And I do agree with Matacumbie's congrats. You wouldn't believe how many other boards that MajorGeeks is mentioned and referred to on.

I'd like to respectfully decline that Kudos, I have forgotten so much since I stopped doing tech support that I'm almost worthless. Its true, you lose it if you don't use it.

Quite a few people have cropped up on MG that make me look like an amateur (Points finger at SPD, Matacumbie and a few others).
