Spywareblaster wont install!

On installing Spywareblaster I get this error message

Cant find import DLL may be missing, corrupt, or wrong version. File MSVBVM60.DLL error 1157

I have tried redownloading it.
I have always had this program and the others that u recommend and when I had to format my drive I had to download and install them all again. The others are fine.

I am using win98

Try downloading the file and placing it in the directory.
