Spywarebot vs Lavasoft Adawarevs Spywareblaster etc,

    Sometimes confusing with so many malware prevention products but this site has lots of very knowledgable minds with good advice. My recent download to try SPYWAREBOT found 47 parasite items after a scan with my spybot search & destry spywareblaster & Adaware fm Lavasoft turned up nothing. Curious as to why? What's going on here? Do you recommend the purchase of Spywarebot to use in addition to or just by itself to replace the others which are freeware and do a good job?
