spywareGuard potection

    My friend Downloaded Spy gard and now evey time my computer start's up or click on any thing this message pops up.


    Error reading SpywareGuard Definitions! The file may be corrupt, or another program may have tampered with them Run liveupdate to download the latest spywareguard definitions. this message will appear when you try to start covered file types unless you disable protection in the spywareguard control panel.

    I just want to get ride of it plz HELP!!!

    Can you not remove it in add/remove programs?
