sso plus and windows 7???Not working?

Hi...prior to changing to Win 7 which came with purchase of new PC ,I did for many years successfully run SSO PLUS on my PC.

Now I find that when installed on Win 7 it will NOT work?:confused

Would the Forum be good enough to let me know if there is a release of SSO PLUS which will work with WIN 7,or a similiar programme which I can use...Thanks

 

Do you have a license key for the software? I took a look at their website but it seems you have to own the software to navigate the site. You might try going to the site and seeing about updates. The Vista version should work on Win7. https://support.quest.com/ManageProfile/Registration.aspx

The other thing you might try is right clicking the SSO file on your computer and choose Troubleshoot Compatibility.

 

Many thanks for taking time to reply,but I think we are at cross purposes as the site I am interested in reinstalling is as follows (there is a later version available but I seem unable to get it to work within Win 7,although it installs OK,it always comes up with programme not responding???)programme as follows,this was the early first one,since been updated)

I see that there is no Vista/Win7 version. Try again to Troubleshoot Compatibility by right-clicking the installed SSO icon (not the installer file) and selecting Troubleshoot Compatibility from the list.

 

Thanks for assistance..After carrying out your advice I did manage to get the Admin side of the programme working,but not the password management........it might be more sensible to go onto the appropriate forum and find out if their are similar password management porgrammes available.
