A friend has Start Menu 8 installed for Windows 8 and it just works as intended.
Does anyone have any experience using this software in Windows 10?

BTW According to IObit...

No, I don't run either but I do know someone who upgraded from 8.1 to 10 and runs a program called Classic Shell which he likes.

I use Classic Shell on Win 8, 8.1 and 10. It's nearly identical to the Start Menu in Win 7 and it's behavior and appearance can be customized.
