   Start Menu 8 by Iobit.
   It's listed as freeware but it is not. It has a trial period after which you are locked out of your start menu.
   So you can't access settings and add/remove programs. I could only remove it with CCleaner.
   
   I consider this 'ransomware'.

   Apparently Iobit has changed it from free to a paid version.
   You can try an older Free version from here

   I'd rather go with Open-Shell.
   
   Wish I'd taken a SS of the pop-up.
   There was NO freeware option, or uninstall option, only BUY.
