Start Menu Freezing!

Hi!

I've recently encountered a problem where my Start Menu-bar totally freezes when my computer has been on for a certain amount of time. After that I can't control + alt + del or do anything else either. Only option is to use the reboot button.

I have Ewido, Antivir, Kerio Personall Firewall, Ccleaner and Regcleaner. Also I have Spyware Doctor and SpyBot Search and Destory but their active guards aren't online and I only run them when I'm doing really intensive clean-up. And SpyBot for immunizing my computer.

I have done everything the FAQ said and Ewido has found two or three times exactly 11 infected objects. So I figure it might be that one little piece of trojan or spyware is still stuck somewhere, infecting more files as it goes.

I have HijackThis and I'll post a log if you need.

If this is worth anything: I used to have some really heavy trojan infection, but with help from another forum I think I got rid of it. But apparently it isn't totally gone. I think this stuff is deep. And I mean really deep.

Hmph, nothing found. But here are the logs.

Because I'm Finnish and my computer is Finnish there is one finnish sentence repeated in the spysweeper.txt.
"Prosessi ei voi käyttää tiedostoa, koska se on toisen prosessin käytössä"
It just means
"Process couldn't use the file, because it was used by another process"
