start menu recent document?

    can the "recent document" on the start menu be disabled show that it dose'nt track your searches or downloads?

    gday bcm if you are using windows xp place your mouse pointer on the task bar at the bottom of your screen right click and choose properties from the menu at the top choose the start menu tab then choose customize, in the next dialogue box choose the advanced tab and down the bottom you will see "list my most recent documents", uncheck the box and press ok the box will close then press apply on the next box and you are done i hope this helps
