Start -> Run :: Run command disabled.... help please...

    Hi all,

    I have lately found that my RUN is disabled.....

    I cant see it anywhere in my Start menu, neither in Task Mgr -> File->new Task

    I have done a virus cleaning and cleared many virus. Im having updated NOD32.

    Pls advise me how to get back my Run commnad, as I am practicing some Java, and not it is misirable.

    Try right-clicking on Start menu>Properties>Customize>Advanced tab then scroll down and check box for Run Command.

    Unless something more serious has happened this should add it back to the Start menu.

    ok, i will try this and get back.....

    thank you for the help. I can see this option in my desktop. and the problem is with my laptop, and it is not there with me right now. I will try this and will post the happenings.
