Start up Error message

I am running XP. I had a trojan which I removed and all seems to be running fine now. However, after I ran Spybot (as well as three other such programs) I get this message (attached) when I start my computer. Again, everything is working fine. How do I resolve this error message thing? Thanks

 

This is my suggestion, but you might want to wait for confirmation from someone who can assure you that this is right before going ahead:

The dll file listed looks like it might be a leftover from the trojan you removed. To get rid of it, go here:

actually the dll is probably gone, but it's in the registry to start with windows. but I would head over to this thread and follow the steps according to your operating system.
