Start-up problem

Notepad document opens when I log-in.

Hi all,

When I log into my system the same notepad document pops up everytime. Here is a copy of this document. It is actually an .ini file.

I am curious as to why this happens, and what it means.

Make sure you show hidden files and folders, then delete the desktop.ini file out of your startup folder.

It will rebuild. Why it happens? Don't know, but its been here since release of XP, and MS still hasn't fixed it.
