When my computer starts up, I always get an error message saying, "rmdr.iq not found". What does this mean and how do I fix it?

apparently has something to do with hp printer software.

That error mesage is usually associated with a corrupt HP printer dirve installation.

Removing and re-installing the HP drivers (Add/Remove in Control Panel) should fix it.
