Very possible as the scans and removal tools from that guide may or will have removed soem items of malware that startup at boot on your PC, which is why we ask you attach all the logs reqested as those startups will be highlighted and can then be removed, when further instructions are posted in your open malware thread, HERE in which Chaslang has replied to you and your logs with new instructions to follow.
