Startup Inspector "Consult" feature will not work...

When I select "Consult", no results are generated; no ratings and no comments. Any ideas? Thanks, Ed.

 

A bit more info on my problem; when I select "Consult", I get the following dialog box:

"You have just already retrieved from Startup Inspector web server. In order to keep Windows Startup Inspector web server efficient, you need to wait at least 30 seconds for another consult."

Multiple attempts still fail to yield a successful "Consult".....

Thanks for responding. I already tried turning the firewall off and that wasn't the problem. I just now got the program to work, however, by going to the internet options "connections" tab and unchecking a box that reads "Use a proxy setting for this connection." This must be done each time that I wish to "Consult", but that's not so bad. I really like the Startup Inspector; it was worth the trouble getting it to work properly. Ed.
