Startup Manager: Disabled Several Programs: Didn't Help

    Hi! Yesterday evening, I used Startup Manager for Windows to disable several programs, hen this morning, when I turned back on my laptop, it was not noticeably faster. :( I just checked it again, and the programs were disabled. BTW, I like Rainbow Folders and have been using it to earmark the folders I'm currently using. :)
