startup problem C:/documents not found

    i tried everything to solve my this problem,,windows not finds C:/documents search again..again another messege comes. and so on so on..
    what happen to my computor!!!!! pliz help me to solve this problem..i am having norton.
    just now i downloaded hijacker..and following findings came ..
