I'm pretty sure that is a process for a Lexmark printer. Do you have a Lexmark printer?

Because the software is still installed and it wants it to run. You should not be stopping it from running. You can probably use the below to help you cleanup the other occurrences of it:

    MSConfig Cleanup

you guys hit the nail on the head ..and i'm feeling pretty stupid !!so what your saying is that the reason it starts up is because the printer is set to come on when i turn the computer on ,, and when i disable it.. it restarts ?makes sence to me ,,i just don't like a bunch of items starting whenever i start the machine,,i try to keep startup programs to a minimul ,,sorry for the dumb question and you guys are "GOOD"

Well actually it had nothing to due with whether your printer itself is on or off. I has to do with the fact that you have software installed for your printer. If you do not need the software you should uninstall it. But first you really have to determine what each component of software that is loading for you printer is really doing for you. Then you can decide for yourself what to do with each process.

For example you may have the below to processes:
LXCCPPLS.EXE <--- I'm not sure what this is for. You would need to check your documentation.
LXCCMON.EXE <--- Lexmark 3300 Series Device Monitor. This is what it is called but I'm not sure exactly what it does. Based on the name it monitors your printer. But is it need is the question.

At anyrate this is a topic for the Hardware or Software Forum not the Malware Forum.
