Startup removal

    I have startup items that I need to remove from my wifes computer....she even has My Documents in startup. I tried right clicking but I am not sure how to remove from startup and keep on the desktop, or keep from removing all together.

    I had it and I lost it....There was a link to a download for cleaning up my startup items...not CCleaner.. just click to enable/disable....What was it?
